Ticket Information

Barossa Arts Centre

The Barossa Arts Centre is situated on the western side of Faith Lutheran College Campus, entrance is signposted about half way along the western oval.

If you have cold or flu symptoms, or feel unwell for any reason please do not attend the performance.

Hours

Please be advised:
The ticketing office at Barossa Arts Centre is not open to general public except by prior arrangement, please phone 08 8561 4299.
Tickets are available for purchase online or patrons can phone the office in the hours indicated below.

How to purchase tickets

Online
A full list of events currently on-sale can be found from the Coming Events tab. Click on the event you are interested in. Click the Buy Tickets button, you can then continue with the purchase tickets to your chosen performance.

To View an interactive map to see availability, click the Buy ticket button, the green seats are available. Then close the window if you do not wish to purchase this way or not at this time. Otherwise, choose seats and continue with your purchase.

Ticket Collections
Box Office Ticket Collections are available only at the venue one hour prior to the performance.

Ticket Fees
All ticket Prices include GST and are processed in Australian dollars only.

PLEASE NOTE: A one off, non refundable, service and handling fee of $4.95 applies per transaction. Tickets can be emailed, posted or collected from the box office. Box office Collection is only on the day of the performance, one hour prior to the performance time. Please select the appropriate option when booking.

Barossa Arts Centre advises that to ensure customer satisfaction patrons Must check their tickets upon receipt. No exchanges or refunds will be permitted once the purchase process is complete, unless related to Covid-19, refer to Covid Conditions.

Children Under 3 years do not require a ticket.

Companion Card

The Barossa Arts Centre supports the Companion Card Scheme, allowing a person with a disability, that is a Companion Card member, to purchase a ticket for themselves and recieve a second ticket for their companion at no charge, to any performance held in at Barossa Arts Centre.

Theatre Information

Parking and Entrance to the Theatre

Barossa Arts Centre encourages patrons to park on the Western side or on the Western Oval.

Car Parking is conveniently located around the campus site, and also on the western oval on performance days.
There are three disability car parks situated by the entrance to Barossa Arts Centre on the western side, and one situated in the u-drive at the front of the College.

Entrance to the Theatre is via the Western oval door.
Doors will be open one hour prior to the performance, patrons are asked to follow the instructions of theatre staff.

Access

The Barossa Arts Centre is disability friendly and has wheelchair access to the Brenton Langbein Theatre, the Eckermann Theatre and Foyer. Please advise our Box Office Staff of your requirements when making your booking.
There is no wheelchair access upstairs in The Balcony. Balcony access is via a staircase, there is no lift access.

Toilet facilities

Toilets are located in the foyer and balcony areas. A disabled toilet is also located in the foyer area.

Performance Start Times

The starting time will be printed on your ticket and you should arrive at least 15 – 30 minutes prior to the performance. Please note: The Bar opens one hour prior to every performance.

Latecomers

As you will be attending a live performance, you may not be admitted until there is a suitable break.

Mobile Phones

All mobile phones must be turned off before entering the Auditorium. If you are on call you may leave your phone on silent, however, if you need to answer a call please leave the Auditorium.

Photography

Photography is not permitted. Exceptions: Some touring companies allow photography on mobile phones, without flash, listen to instructions prior to the performance for guidelines.

Smoking and Vaping

The Barossa Arts Centre and Faith Lutheran College does not permit smoking or vaping on site.

Rubbish Removal

Please place your rubbish in the bin at the conclusion of performances.
